Do I need a driving license for the quad?
No license is required. The guide trains you on site before departure, regardless of your level.
How should I dress for the quad tour?
Comfortable clothing and closed shoes (sneakers or boots). Avoid sandals. Helmet and protective equipment are provided.
Is transport from Marrakech included?
Yes, pickup and drop-off at your hotel are included in every package. Provide your hotel name when booking.
Can two people ride on one quad?
Yes, with the Double Quad package (€60/hour) — a two-seater quad for two people on the same vehicle.
Is the quad tour safe for beginners?
Yes. A safety briefing and vehicle familiarization happen before every ride. The pace adapts to the group's level.
Is there a minimum age?
Children can ride as passengers from age 6. To drive, the team confirms age, size and ability to handle the vehicle before departure; please mention the age of minors when requesting a booking.
When is my booking confirmed?
Submitting the form is a request. Your spot is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp after we verify availability and pickup time.
How does payment work?
The payment method and any deposit are confirmed on WhatsApp before any commitment. No card payment is taken directly on this site.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Terms depend on the activity, the notice period and any costs already incurred. They are communicated before confirmation; ask about them before paying if your plans might change.
Where does pickup take place?
Pickup is included within Marrakech. Provide your hotel or riad to receive the exact time and location. A more distant location must be confirmed separately.
