Ask the team exactly where to wait and whether you need to walk from your accommodation. The riad name alone does not establish where a vehicle can stop.

Your reception can help identify the agreed location. Check it before the pickup time rather than independently choosing a square or medina gate without agreement.

Confirm both the time you meet the vehicle and the activity departure slot. Do not assume that the activity time is when the driver will arrive at your accommodation.

Travel usually takes 30–45 minutes each way depending on the address and traffic. The briefing and activity take additional time. If you have another appointment in Marrakech, discuss the expected return before confirming.
